Ingram State Technical College, in partnership with the Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles and GEO Group, recently celebrated a significant milestone as 53 individuals successfully completed the comprehensive Perry County Pardons & Paroles Reentry and Education Program (PREP) Center in Uniontown.
