For more than a decade, Dr. Probst has been a driving force behind Ingram State’s instructional excellence. Her work embodies the mission of the College—to provide high-quality, life-changing career and technical education to justice-involved students across Alabama. With a deep passion for student success, she has consistently championed instructional innovation, program quality, and academic integrity. Whether she is refining curriculum, supporting faculty, or guiding new initiatives, Dr. Probst leads with purpose, compassion, and an unshakeable belief in the potential of every student we serve.

As Ingram State’s COE Liaison, Dr. Probst has set a remarkable standard for accreditation leadership. Year after year, she goes far beyond her assigned responsibilities—coordinating reports, preparing faculty and staff, and ensuring that every instructional area demonstrates excellence.
